Secure Forms with Salesforce Health Cloud
To meet strict HIPAA compliance standards, we configured Gravity Forms to securely collect sensitive health data and automatically transfer it to Salesforce Health Cloud. This eliminated the need for staff to manually handle or store PHI on the website. We ensured all form submissions were encrypted in transit and processed in a compliant environment. The integration reduced the risk of data exposure and supported faster internal workflows. As a result, Gateway Institute could securely scale their operations with confidence and ease.
Captured Qualified Leads Through an Interactive Quiz
We built a 20-step anxiety self-assessment quiz using Gravity Forms to drive lead generation and user engagement. Designed as a marketing tool, the quiz guides visitors through reflective questions and captures their contact details in exchange for personalized results. Automated PHI Purging for Effortless HIPAA Compliance
To further strengthen compliance and simplify internal processes, we developed an automated purging system that clears PHI from the website after successful transmission to their integrated Salesforce Health Cloud. This removed the burden of manual cleanup and helped the team maintain strict adherence to HIPAA retention policies. The system runs in the background without user intervention, reducing human error. It also ensures that sensitive data doesn’t remain accessible longer than necessary.
