JTM Construction required a digital infrastructure that accurately reflected the scale of their physical portfolio. The legacy web platform no longer aligned with user expectations, presenting friction in user navigation and lacking a cohesive corporate identity.
The primary objective was to execute a total digital transformation of the user journey to eliminate navigation bottlenecks, elevate brand authority, and optimize paths for prospective clients, strategic partners, and top-tier talent.

Achieving these business objectives required a comprehensive restructuring of JTM’s digital brand narrative. We conducted a redesign of their legacy assets with their refined messaging into value-driven corporate copy that represents their current market positioning and technical capabilities.
By integrating this messaging into a clean visual architecture with intuitive site navigation, we created a low-friction user experience designed to maximize engagement across key portfolio segments.
Enterprise-Grade Development with WordPress and Divi 5
To support this modernized framework, we built a robust layout utilizing WordPress paired with the Divi 5 engine. This architecture provides a visual balance of enterprise-grade security, rapid load performance, and backend scalability. Leveraging Divi 5’s framework enabled the development of custom, lightweight design components that eliminate platform bloat, delivering a flexible content management workflow for internal personnel while maintaining exceptional end-user performance.
Scalable Customization via a Modular Design System
The core differentiator of this build is a modular design system developed for JTM Construction’s portfolio. Moving away from rigid, standardized page templates, we created a flexible library of custom UI components. This modular architecture grants JTM complete editorial control, enabling individual project pages to be dynamically configured to best showcase the specific scope, visual assets, and engineering achievements of each unique build.
Launching a Dedicated Platform for 3DRCS
To support JTM Construction’s specialized 3D Reality Capture Services (RCS) division, we developed a targeted web platform at 3DRCS.com. While maintaining brand harmony with the main corporate site, this standalone micro-site was built to serve as a focused, high-converting digital hub for JTM’s advanced surveying, LiDAR scanning, and BIM/VDC capabilities.
By decoupling these technical B2B services from the primary general contracting platform, we structured a streamlined user journey specifically tailored for architects, trade partners, and prospective clients seeking reality-capture solutions—allowing JTM to market its cutting-edge technology as both an integrated build feature and an independent commercial service offerings.
