Highlights
Website Design & Development
After an extensive kick-off and scoping process, we first built out wireframes in order to successfully nail down the user experience and various journeys they take through the site.
Based on these personas, we were able to build a new website experience that better delivers content & call to actions that are more engaging; more relevant & convert better—all while maintaining HIPAA best practices & protections.
The new site is clean, crisp & clinical with an easy to follow flow & structure.
Intranet Design
An important part of this project was to build out an intranet site for the client’s upcoming conversion to Epic, one of the largest providers of hospital & clinic management systems.
We created an internal employee’s portal that included features such as: technical glossaries to help with new terminology and departmental breakouts and contact management so employees know who to go to for assistance as they made this transition together.
The intranet site also serves as a conduit for all news & important updates the organization needs to mange this transition and also as a way to solicit employees questions and feedback.
Find A Doctor Feature
Another important competent of this project as an overhaul to how the client displays information about its providers & practitioners.
We created a robust filtering system that allows patients and prospective patients to quickly locate the type of provider they are looking for, location, what insurance they accept and whether they are accepting new patients or not.
This immediately helps cut down the amount of staff time is spent on the phone answering the same questions and it helps focus inbound requests to the correct location further reducing wasted staff time.
