Following a thorough initiation and assessment phase, we commenced with the creation of wireframes to meticulously map out the user experience and their potential pathways throughout the site.
Informed by these user profiles, we crafted a revamped website that offers content and calls to action that are not only more compelling but also highly pertinent and effective in conversions—all the while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and safeguards.

A key facet of this project was revamping the client’s method of showcasing information regarding its providers and practitioners.
We introduced a comprehensive filtering mechanism, enabling patients and potential patients to effortlessly pinpoint providers based on their specialty, location, an what languages they speak.
This not only minimizes the repetitive queries handled by staff over the phone but also ensures that inbound requests are directed to the appropriate department, further optimizing staff efficiency.
